Common questions.

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return, in line with EU consumer protection law.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If your item arrived faulty or damaged, we cover the full cost of return shipping.
Your item should be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals it came with.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is processed within 14 days via your original payment method.
Contact us within 48 hours at support@thermomix-sant-cugat.com with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and arrange a full refund or free replacement.
